QOTD #5: A Danger to Herself and Others
How did Hannah’s parents react to her diagnosis, and the challenges she would face for the rest of her life? Were their reactions understandable? Or were they in the wrong for reacting so strongly?

I think Hannah’s parents acted unfairly to their daughter. I understand them having questions but ask those questions to Hannah or her therapist. Not behind her back to her father. Also if you find your daughter crying in a bathroom stall don’t drag her through the airport saying she is sick. Or just telling her to take her pill. Talk to Hannah and try to calm her down. I was angry the way Hannah’s parents reacted. Help your daughter. Do not just claim she is sick. Take her to therapy and help her to get better by trying to understand were she is coming from. Not your own feelings but think about how Hannah feels. Anyway was a great book I really liked the story. My favorite character was doctor lightfoot. I liked her since she did care for Hannah and did try to help her and understood how Hannah was feeling. Looking forward to the next book this week for book club. Cant wait
