I did not think Lucy or Jonah were hallucinations and was surprised to descover they were. I thought back however when they were there in the room with Hannah and could not remember them ashally saying anything to anyone. I think I would have been just as upset and angry like Hannah was since that ment she did have a real reason to be in the institution and needed medication I think. I am not sure if these were the first people Hannah hallucinated but they may not be. Has me wondering if she may have hallucinated other people in her life as well. We will see. I have 7 chapters left in the book. Will finish reading today
