The first in a series of four, Ferrante&#8217;s popular novel follows the friendship of two women, from their childhood all the way to old age. It&#8217;s an introspective, philosophical novel about the nature of friendship and growing up. Even though this recipe is far from a traditional Italian-style pizza, it&#8217;s quick and delicious, and the flavours can still transport to Naples where the novel takes place.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This recipe is adapted from Serious Eats.
